How do I add a picture to my profile?

To add or update your profile picture, please follow these steps:

1.  Login to www.Slimmingbetter.com

2.  On the top left corner of the homepage, simply left click on your username to get into your profile

3.  Next, left click on “change avatar”

4.  Then, click on “Choose File” and locate the image on your computer you wish to upload. Then, after you find the image you want to use, simply click Open

5.  Now, click on “UPLOAD IMAGE”

6.  Next, scroll down, and crop your avatar.  Then, click on “Crop Image” to save your new profile picture

What technical requirements do I need?

You need an internet connection, an email address, and a PDF reader. If you don’t have a PDF reader, you can download one here (hint: it’s already on most computers).

Where can I find my 21-Day Plan?

To find the Meal Plans for 21 Days, follow these steps:

1.  Login to www.Slimmingbetter.com

2.  On the top of the homepage, click My Downloads

3.  Under Basic to Better or Better Meal Plans, click on download to access the 21-Day meal plans

How do I access My Downloads and Success Tools on my computer or device?

If you’ve already downloaded the files from the Slimming Better Website, and you have a PDF Reader on your computer (most people do), simply double click on the document and it will open automatically.  If you are using Adobe reader, simply left click on the printer icon to print.  It’s that easy!

If you haven’t downloaded the Slimming Better Guides, all your downloads and online tools are available for you in the Slimming Better Website.

Follow these steps:

1.  Go to www.Slimmingbetter.com

2.  On the top right of the homepage click login

3.  Enter your username and password (You can also use your email address as your username.  If you lost or forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?”.  Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password)

Download your files using either of these two options:

To view each document separately.

On this page, simply click on “download” beneath the guide you wish to view.  The document will load and then appear on your screen.

Option B

To download all files together.

In this option you get a compressed zip file containing all the e-books that are listed on this page.

Just left click on the title “downloads all guides” (green button with white text).

Once the download is complete, on your computer, click on Start, and then Documents.  Then click on Downloads, your files are located there.  Right click on the file you wish to open, and left click on “Extract All…”

How do I edit my profile?

To edit or update your profile, follow these steps:

1.  Login to www.Slimmingbetter.com

2.  On the top left corner of the homepage click on your username to get into your profile page

3.  Once you’re in the profile page, you’ll see your Username, First Name, and Last Name. If you’d like to update this information, you can do it at any time

4.  Next, select your date of birth from the drop down boxes

5.  Then, select your status, and then, select the Country, State, and City you’re from

6.  Next, select your primary goal of the program, you have the option to lose weight or maintain it

7.  Now, select your gender

8.  Please select the measurement system you wish to use, lbs. or kg

9.  Next, enter your weight, goal weight (desired weight,) and height

10.  As you move along, fill in your hobbies, and then select your special dietary needs

When you’re done filling out the fields, click on “SAVE CHANGES” at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, please follow these steps:

1.  Go to www.Slimmingbetter.com

2.  Click on “Lost your password?,” and follow the steps on the screen to reset your password

3.  Then, the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password (Please check your Spam or Bulk E-Mail folder just in case our password reset link gets delivered there instead of your inbox)
